Work package n°1 'Project Management'
Together with our partners, we have defined a monitoring and evaluation plan for monitoring and evaluation of the project.
We have defined qualitative and quantitative indicators through which we will monitor whether we have achieved the planned activities and related goals. We also determined the time dynamics of the implementation of activities and their monitoring. We will monitor the realization of the project results, budget spending, implementation of the dissemination plan, respect for the planned time dynamics, cooperation between the partners. Activities under the second and fifth work packages will be monitored immediately after implementation. Activities under the third and fourth packages will be monitored during and after the allotted time for project product development. Budget spending will be monitored quarterly, and partners will have to submit quarterly financial reports. Partners will also submit quarterly narrative reports. The Coordinator will submit a mid-term and final financial and narrative report to the National Agency. The quality of cooperation between partners will be assessed on a quarterly basis.
Data sources will be: lists of participants, evaluation questionnaires, certificates, minutes, photos, project site, reports, hours and time sheets for engaging in manual development, designing and piloting peer support and parent support programs, invoices. Each project team will monitor the implementation of activities for which it is in charge and will define the roles of
each team member. The contact person of each partner is in charge of forwarding the monitoring, financial and narrative reports to the coordinator. The contact person of the coordinator is in charge of reporting to the NA. Each project team will collect and analyze monitoring data and store it on the Google Drive of the project, where all data on the implementation of activities and monitoring will be stored. All obligations and responsibilities of each partner will be clearly, precisely and transparently stated in the partnership agreements that we will sign after the approval of the project, and before the
implementation of all key activities.

Work package n°4 - Intellectual Outputs - a program for peer and parental support
Developing and piloting peer support programs and parent support programs, in partner schools, to strengthen the
resilience and mental well-being of adolescents. The support program for parents will contribute to the development of their
competencies for strengthening the resilience and mental well-being of children, because on the one hand parents often do
not notice the first signs of mental health problems, and on the other hand children usually want to turn to parents for help.
Also, based on the results of the research, we found that students, in addition to their parents, most often turn to their peers
for help and support when they have problems with mental functioning, and they on the other hand do not have the
knowledge and skills to help another peer. The peer support program strengthens students’ competencies so that they can
help themselves and other peers, and adolescents learn best from their peers.

well-being of adolescent students and apply project products through teaching and extracurricular activities.
